What this site is
Ply & Pan is an independent editorial site publishing research and opinion about stainless-clad cookware. It is published by The First Buyer. We are not a retailer, a manufacturer, or an agent of any brand we write about, and we do not sell anything.
Information, not professional advice
Everything here is general information and editorial opinion. It is not professional, safety, medical or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for the manufacturer's own instructions for your specific product.
Always follow the care instructions, oven ratings and safety guidance supplied with your cookware. Where our figures and a manufacturer's disagree, the manufacturer's document governs your product and your warranty.
Accuracy and change
We take accuracy seriously and every factual claim is sourced — the standards are on editorial policy. We cannot guarantee that everything is current at the moment you read it. Manufacturers revise specifications, change warranty terms, discontinue lines and move production, often without announcement.
Verify anything that matters against the manufacturer's current published specification before purchasing. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will correct it with a dated note.
No prices
This site does not publish prices. Any price you see at a retailer is set by that retailer and may change at any time. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, retailer pricing, stock or delivery.

Warranties are agreements between you and the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer directly, and rely on their current warranty document rather than our summary of it.
